When adding a new entry geomaps doesnt load and gives

Dear Sir,
When I’ve applied 3 tickets now. Every time your support system doesn’t give me a ticket number. I also tried to register and the system did not send me a confirmation link. Then I sent an email to and got a response to submit a new ticket.
Please dont ask me to submit another ticket when I am having a really hard time with your system and I still didn’t receive responses to the previous tickets.

I installed the template and modules provided in the package, but it seems incomplete!? All I got in the packages was the template, map and search modules, while in the live demo it has everything necessary for the site, including login/ register, language switcher, etc. Now does it mean I didn’t get part of the modules with my package? Please help.

I need to install the in my Cpnael (sj_elisting_quickstart_pl_j34_v1.0.2 i ) but the issue that not shown Joomla install screen it’s shown an error like below
Fatal error: Cannot use Joomla\String\String as String because ‘String’ is a special class name in /home2/XXX/public_html/tst/libraries/vendor/joomla/registry/src/Format/Json.php on line 12
