Almost no support..Sent them about 13 emails my cpanel login but they never worked and asked same thing 12 time now from yesterday i have send them ftp again and got nothing till now and the big thing is they reply in minimum 15 to 20hrs or more mostly. if they dont ask same question. Here is screenshot: http://prntscr.com/fl2fpfMy site (https://www.bsforest.com/) Mostly shows theme error including website directory on a normal user page and its a bog headache i paid 50$ for theme installation and 50Euro for Plugin installation to start my project asap but till now got nothing as started with DimimaI purchased their theme because of design and installer said their theme doesn't work good with latest opencart version, and i started with open cart because of B2B plugin from webkul its working fine with all other themes but not only with this one. I asked for help several times to make fix and they only replied me same message all time. Now you better know if you'll buy it what's gonna be with you :)
