Hi author! how are you?
I need to solve some doubts before to buy the theme. I need the theme for my girlfriend’s store built with prestashop 1.7.5.X I would like to know if you can share a video tutorial showing us how to use the module to configure the look & feel of the theme because it is for a person with very little technical knowledge and I would like to find a theme that is easy to edit and switch between the different templates that it has.

First of all sorry for my english.
We have already a pretashop 1.7.5 with default theme, we only want to install the theme with the demo content but in the download documents we don’t find anything that can be useful.

I installed the theme on Prestashop 1.7.6.4 and I encountered “500 Internal Server Error” when I open several pages on the backoffice. Modules and page layout are not available and I cannot customize anything. I uninstall and tried again but it is not working…

Hello, I purchased this theme and paid a developper to install it. However, I am unable to use it. I cannot configure the theme colours or set up any images in the slider etc. None of the modules show up for me like in your documention. I do not have the “PosExtension” I have contacted you a first time and you said you fixed it, but it is still not working. I sent another message but I have not had a reply yet. I am pulling my hair out trying to use this theme! Please contact me asap.
