Hi !
I updated Wordpress and it broke Visual Composer. I can’t download it cause I didn’t buy the license. I contacted the support of VC cause we can only download the fix directly on envato.
He told me that you need to do an update of the theme for VC to work again. Is it true ? Have you an update in the work ? I really can’t add anything on my site rigth now.

So, on the demo web, there is a button ‘portfolio’ that lets you go back to the previous page. But now on my website after importing and all, I cant find the button and when i try to manually set the url nothing appears still. Please what more should I do?. Thank you!

It looks like VC doesn’t work properly.

Unable to install (import) METIS theme media files. I have already done and remade at least 10 clean Wordpress installation. Nothing to do. I have PHP 7 latest Wordpress version. Theme Metis is galley … Is there support ?? I have already written a ticket and then another but no answer … Hoping to have a little support thank you in advance

Hello !
I installed other themes.
No Ocean theme team.
I have no problem importing images. No problem portfolio.
I tried with 3 different themes. From 3 different teams.
I only encounter installation problems with Wordpress Theme Ocean theme.
It’s been a week since I bought the theme and I still have no support from you.
I have to mount a site for a client quickly.
Thank you for helping me understand the origin of the problem.

I need to add an infinite loop to the testimonials section, how can I do it? I don’t see the option anywhere, it seems that the theme uses owl carousel for the home page banner which is animated and infinite, but can’t find a way to do the same with the testimonials, without the progress bar of course.

BTW: Visual composer is not working on portfolio pages just on regular, it seems this is an old issue for what I read, I just got a client who bought this theme and I’m struggling to make changes or even create a brand new portfolio page.

URGENT!!!! Hey guys! So I have been using metis themes for over 2 years. I have a major issue. The portfolio button that used to be on the single portfolio page for me it’s no longer there. Hi,
My Metis theme has been broken after several updates of wordpres and some plug-ins.No other interference is done by me- just updates .An the result is that my web page does not working now.There is a row appear at the top of the page ( Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_row_css_class() in /home/designay/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/metis/vc_templates/vc_row.php on line 28 )
Why is that?
