Hello Zerge,
I just buy your theme. I red documentation. I installed theme and required plugins. I reset all configuration and save it. I import xml document because I want exactly the same demo you have in theme page.
I can´t get it. There is no menu information, widgets information, home page is empty, etc…
Could you help me?

You can import widgets via this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/
Find more info inside directory /Demo Content/Widget Importer and Exporter/
Also, setup your menu via Appearance -> Menus (it’s standard procedure)
