Hello everyone, I like to thank deepak chandra for outstanding support yesterday and today as a followup to my issue with the website Slider not saving the photos and going away. I did not think I would get support over the weekend but I recv my email quickly. Excellent email communication and I felt very good knowing that my support felt concern about my issue. Because of the time difference i just knew it may take a few hours to reply. maybe 30 or up to 1 hour. What also save time, I created techsupport login with admin level access and sent that with my support request. I can tell you, it feels great to have support like that. I'm not satisfied at all from this template. There is no Theme Options, there is no Demo Import as promised. I can't change the header image without CSS hacking. This is a mere Twenty-Eleven theme with leaves.

These guys created a gorgeous theme. Lots of functions and templated content. If you are a landscaper, this theme is quick setup. We needed more customization and too fix a couple bugs and were a great help.Highly recommend this dev and can't wait to see new work in the future! Good people.

This theme is so difficult to work with that I cannot give it more than 1 star. Customer support has been good but I've burned up way too much time setting things up and it's better to look elsewhere for a premium landscaping business theme. Had to contact the author to load up a design for the homepage for which they changed the username to my site and made himself the admin...gee thanks. And in order to build out other pages one would have to purchase a copy of WP Bakery. Isn't that the reason I buy a theme? So I don't have to purchase more things to create the design I want?! Also - the "services" pages the author created are horrendous and will require a bunch of CSS work in order to make it look right. Look elsewhere for a theme that's ready to go...

Hi, Can someone let us know why I am getting this Ajax Error when I am trying to save my Revolution slider? this is giving me “404” on admin_ajax.php file. I tried some of the tricks to increase the memory size as well as POST size limit but it did not help either. I tried to de activate some of the plugins as well but still same issue. DO NOT BUY.You have to fully CSS hack this theme in order for it to work. And when you click the update button, you lose EVERYTHING and revert to a black & white website with mountains...DO NOT BUY.

Says there is a one click demo content installer and automated onboarding flow – but i do not see either of those. I installed the template by uploading the .zip, which installed fine, but there was no automated onboarding and i see no way to upload demo content.

Tried to get a header like demo3 or demo4 but it’s not happening, multiple imports of the theme settings/demo content/widgets, it won’t go… And in the theme control panel trying to set the different headers, doesn’t work. Any ideas?

theme sucks BIG TIME, i bought this theme long time ago, and came back because obviously i didnt get my money back, and thinking it was fixed, but still this theme is a pos... Take it off theme forest please, its just wasting space.
