On trying to upload the theme to wordpress (hosted AWS), it does not install and gives this error message-
Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-408822-purity-responsive-clean-minimal-bold-template.zip

Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
pls help!!

How about the theme’s live preview? Does it look right on your mobile device? If so then your site has not been fully updated.

tried to submit a support ticket but it does not accept the license key that Envato sent me for this theme template!!

Hi there,
I need a new link style for link appearing in texts (just a simple underline) however also need a small arrow-image after the link (to show link opens in new window). currently all images are block style – arrow-images go on next line. Can i create a new class that makes a link style for text links that also allows inserting an image after it – without breaking the line? Can you provide an example? Thanks so much.

I’ve been using the Purity theme very successfully at my site for a number of years. I thought I’d update the site to the new responsive version, but after placing a test page on my server, I’m finding that the responsive elements simply does not work. If I load this page into my iPhone Safari, there’s no change… it simply displays the same page as the desktop version.
Also, I’m finding that if I squash up the page using a desktop browser, the layout changes to 1-column as it should, but a lot of other elements are not working.
- Text captions in flexslider don’t work.
- The text boxes over the ‘Recent work’ images don’t appear, and worse of all
- the main menu at the top of the page disappears, and does not show as a drop-down.
Any ideas why there are so many problems? And why the page won’t change for iPhone display anyway?
