Hi, I have two questions: Number one, I’ve been trying to import the file (.xml) onto my theme but it doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to, keeps telling me those archives already exist,and I get that, but why does my theme doesn’t look like the one that I bought if files have been imported? And two, There’s a plugin I want to update but displays me this error: (An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: Error! Envato API error: Username and/or API Key invalid.) I already got my API Key, but can’t find where to enter it, I used to update some plugins and the legend “API key and settings” appear as a link, I clicked it and took me to the page where I could enter the API Key but this link doesn’t appear no more, don’t ask me why, so I don’t know how to access if it’s not trough the link I mentioned, all I want is how to know the page to enter the API, please help! I’m kind of frustrated by now

I’m getting an error each time I try to install this theme: The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Does the download need to be updated? Your online support isn’t working. The registration email never turns up.
