Hi I have bought this theme but i found a big issue in it is the loading problem whole theme load in partially. there are many js and css files which creates many requests due to this facing the theme loading problem

Hello again i have issue about your theme
I have installed perfectly the theme but in frontend u will see the theme size is smaller than the your demo
And The theme doesn’t work with wp bakery in my website i don’t know why?

Customer support is non existent, if you are buying this theme, you will spend a lot of time fixing bugs and trying to configure.Not all theme options do work, since the framework is bad.Theme updates are not displaying, child theme is not working /functions.php blank, to many scripts and styles are loading...I would advise to buy another theme, and don't make the same mistake as i did.

Hello comunnity
I have such a problem with the “Kuteshop” theme on WordPress. When I add a product with a variable price, I can’t add the product to the cart, when I try to add the product to the cart, it throws me at the top of the page and I get the error in console like: TypeError: $ (...) live is not a function.

Customer support is crap. take ages to reply. very very poor customer service. Themes have so many bugs, No automatic theme update available. Not easy to understand what they are answering. I would never recommend anyone to buy this theme or any other product they launched. i wish i could get a refund. wasted my time

I have a problem
After adding categories
You have added widgets product categories
You enabled Show hierarchy
I got 2 problems
1- All children appear open, and the icon shows + not -
2- When you click on the home page to a specific classification, the form of product categories appears all open. The specific section of the master should open, not everyone

Hi,
I’ve been running KuteShop with the included child theme for years. I noticed that the header-style-01.php file I have in my child theme is not used. Instead, the header-style-o1.php file in the parent theme is used.
I cannot find anything in the documentation (documentation 3.x folder is no longer present in download, online documentation does not supply any relevant information) about this. Am I correct to assume that a file in the child theme should automatically replace the same file in the parent theme?

This theme is quite harder to customise, never used so harder theme before. I follow the demo sample to create a similar website included follow all vc css code that demo had created. But at the end, the layout still no working well. Required a lot of coding to customize. feel headache to customize. No recommended, request refund author always find a reason to reject. Feel very bad with their services.
