Hello, I have purchased Prime Theme, I have installed it and all the needed plugins, but I’m having troubles with Visual Composer. Once I publish a page, the backend editor disappears, I can’t see the buttons nor the graphic tabs and grids, just code.

I just bought this theme and already there are issues… Under the Theme Options, a log of the buttons and features are not working … trying to upload any images or toggling the buttons does not respond. Please provide a fix or refund. Thanks!

Hello,
is it possible to deactivate/delete the Visual Composer Plugin of the theme? I already have the Visual composer as a full standalone plugin and it collides with the Theme VC Plugin and causes glitches.

Hi,
There are no inbuilt VC into theme. Visual Composer installed as plugin. So you can remove or deactivate Visual Composer plugin.

Hi,
I need to renew support, but I was wondering if you know what the problem is. I build homepage in VC. And now the VC do not open anymore on page. So I can’t make any changes. See screenshot: https://cldup.com/Vpej5uQdp2.png
I already installed newest version of theme, but it don’t install VC newest update automatically.
I hope you know what the problem is.

I love my Prime theme. I purchased the it because it was promoted to be compatible with Gravity Forms plugin. I loaded and activated Gravity and created a form but the Notifications and Confirmations are not responding. When I click submit on my form and get nothing in return. Please help.
