I am not able to translate he “Register as Instructor” custom fields which built using the LMS Form Editor , I am using WPML and I scanned every string in the project and still not able to find the customer fields I create in order to translate them.

Hi can I have trouble adding video from teyuto. It will not work. Does your software only work on youtube or vimeo? If not, is there anyway around it? I cannot find any way to enter an embed code in the latest software and your documentation looks different from the software. Thanks

Hello,
after installation I have problem with theme update:
Please update MasterStudy Theme!
The current version of MasterStudy LMS is not compatible with old versions of the MasterStudy Theme, some functionality may not work correctly or may stop working completely.
My version is 4.4.5 but no option to update (on 4.4.7).

hello,
I purchased Masterstudy theme and installed it, but have the following issues. Kindly help.
1- We need to know how to allow the student to resubmit a quiz in case they did not pass the first time. We couldn’t find this option
2- the size if the certificate is too small 900×600, which is very poor for printing. When we tried to upload a bigger image 1500 wide with the same ratio, it displayed only the top left corner of it
3- we can’t rearrange the order of the courses in the courses page the way we want (custom order).

In my case, the mobile menu of Masterstudy is only present if a user is logged in. If the user is logged out, only the text “Search” and “Category” is visible. I use the latest version 4.4.7. Is there someone who knows to change the code so that it will also work for not logged in users?

every time update is available something is broken goodness is stressful!! why every time is something wrong with updates. we did update and again something is wrong, the site looks half screen size cut in half, ticket #Z25717 please help!

Hi
Why, all the time after the update there are problems. My mobile site has no menu (when it appears when it disappears) now it’s gone. It’s been 2 weeks since my mobile menu crashed. Now I only see the text from the menu and search (which suddenly appeared after the update). How do I resolve now if my support has expired? I guess I don’t have to renew support (pay) for errors after the update. I’m totally disappointed.
I mention that the update is the latest version of LMS PRO 3.7.4 and MasterStudy LMS 2.8.5
So. How can I sort it my issue?
