Hello,
I installed the theme on my WordPress, but I have differents bugs :
1) First, only the Instagram Widget plugin doesn’t install because it tells me that the plugin has a problem with its API
2) I have a notification “There are no predefined import files available in this theme. Please upload the import files manually!”. When I install the file manually following your explanations of the documentation (with the demo/folder), it does not pass either. What to do ?

I am really pleased with the theme great work for my needs. I do however have ONE thing I can not seem to wrap my head around? Where do you edit/alter the forms with shortcode [trx]**[/trx] ? I read it was in a file labled shortcode.php but I cannot locate that file per a 2 year old post within the comments. Thanks all I need is where. thanks again.

I have not been able to download the demo content file, since I get an error in the installation of the demo content, I have tried to perform the steps indicated in their support page, but it has not been solved either, also I cannot find the demo.zip file to be able to install it by FTP. Can you guys please update the template so it stay working with newer Chrome versions? After editing a page, the whole page layout gets broken. Chrome throws a lot of warnings telling: it “Failed To Load Resource” and it can’t load files “without the samesite attribute”.

Hi, I am a parcel forwarding company. I want to make a website with the same functionality as www.shoptomydoor.com www.shipito.com www.usa2me.com, I will like to know if this theme has:
1. shipping calculator and tracking functionality?
2. “Sign up/sign-in” feature so the customer can have a user panel to request their shipment when ready.
3. We will be receiving the parcel on behalf of the customer and store it for them until they request for it. if the feature is not included, do you have anyone with such a feature? or can you design one for me?
4. Does this them generate a label for shipments?

Could you kindly let me know the following:
a) Does this theme provide the ability to track items ( or support a plugin that does) – does it require compatibility with any particular software?
b) Does this theme provide the ability to get an instant quote/quote calculator? ( I am not looking for a form that sends to an email, but an actual calculator)
c) Is it possible to access the documentation for this, so I can see how easy it is to install?
d) Does this theme come with video tutorials?
e) I am planning to install this theme over the weekend and over the coming week – which days will you be closing over the next week, in the event that I find an issue that needs technical support?

Good day, i am really disappointed about support for this theme, the support started very well but then i have been waiting for an issue to be fixed now that has not allowed me to use this theme after buying. we bought this theme so that we can use it immediately for our needs, not to wait for another 2 weeks to resolve an issue.

1. Can I incorporate this into the shopping cart so that the cart will calculate the rate?
2. Can this calculate by km, weight, kind of vehicle for different rates per option?
3. Google API will calculate the distance?
4. Scheduling of pick and delivery?
I actually don’t need the theme, I only need the shipping calculator at the shopping cart. Can I do this?

Pre-purchase question – I’ve seen comments that this theme may not be compatible on a WordPress.com hosted site. Is it guaranteed to work on a cPanel WordPress app on an independent host server?

(re ticket posted to your online spport) Further to my previous ticket – it now seems my team member has actually purchased the WRONG theme!
The screenshot of the demo page is from a different theme (seems the confusion is because both themes use the same image of a cargo ship and he misttok yours for the correct theme)
Can we respectfully request a refund?
