I am considering getting this theme, but what about a fixed header, when scrolling down a page, to stay on top, it is pretty common nowadays?

This template is very nice, but also very disappointed, the green version, just that style homepage, the pages remain with the other main theme color “red” ... now for me is hard work have to merge both css, because I do not want repeated css load two things and do more loaded the page.
