pre sales question,
I can’t find any documentation about the theme, can you point me to the right direction? Do you have it somewhere or I need to buy the theme, then read the documentation and only then complaint?
Also, the DEMO on your website, do you have some sort of a “import demo” button or you provide only xml files? Why I’m curious is because 2 out of 3 times xml files don’t work. XML sucks completely, however “import demo” button usually works fine, well at least for me
And, just in case you don’t want to share theme documentation, I would like to know if A) YITH Wishlist Premium and YITH compare premium – are they supported by your theme?

I have purchased the theme chaos from you guys. After installation I don’t see any activation window, from where I can activate this theme to my website.
And I am not able activate slider too. The slider comes with this theme. It always deny my purchase code. Please help!

Hi RoadTheme, I just purchased your theme.
I would like to ask a support if you could put a out of stock product in the upper right corner same as the sales label at the upper left corner.
This will allow my customer to easily identified before they will open product details.
Right now they can only see the out of stock once they open the product details,
I wanted to put a label in the product just like a sales label in the upper right corner of the product, to make it more customer friendly website.

Hello!
I am trying to change the color of the theme using Theme Options > Colors but doesn’t matter what kind of change I do, nothing works.
I need to change the button colors, all of them, but doesn’t work. I improved the Wordpress memory limit to 256M, but still nothing happens.
I have the following selected colors:

After the recent update for Woocommerce my shop page layout seems to be broken again. I should have a grid of 3 columns wide by 4 rows high, but it’s displaying 1 product on its own, 2 underneath, then 1, then 2.

I think this has something to do with the archive-product.php file which seems to have been changed in your last update.
All I need is for the products to display 3 wide on the shop page with a left sidebar.

Hello,
I updated this theme, please download the latest theme file then open the “readme.txt” file. You need to remove, replace some files.
