Hello,
I am facing problems with the block of new products.
I have many categories registered on my site and by default I leave the configuration of the block to capture all of them and filter the products that are marked as new.
But my homepage breaks the code and turns white.
Could you please help me ?!
I opened a ticket on your site but it returns #XXXXXXX as my tracking code.

Hi Good Morning I’m having trouble with the theme the below codes come out over the slide and categories.
Can’t write file ”/home1/nic33054/public_html/newsite072520163057699769/skin/frontend/default/ma_sagitta2\magentothem\revslider\css/captions.css”, please change the permissions!
I change the permission in the control panel and it still comes out

Is your M2 demo not updated, or are there lots of things missing compared to the 1.* version? I’m talking about:
- Ajax Add to Cart
- Layered Navigation
- Cloudzoom
- Category Search

when viewing product on grid view it cuts off the name of the product if the title is to long. How to remove that? we need to show the full name and not a partial one.

I am planning to purchase this theme but I have one doubt in my mind. Could you please clear out the doubt so that I can proceed with theme purchase? I don’t wan’t the search box to be displayed at the center of header but instead want that search box should be somewhere in right or left. It is taking too much space in center. Is it possible to customize this and remove the search box from center of this this theme? Please revert ASAP

I bought this theme and I tried to install it on magento ver 2.3.3 However, the folder directories are very confusing. Apparently ver 1.7 is the latest release, that folder has multiple sub-folder named: “ma_sagitta_template_1.7” and “ma_sagitta_template_1.7_to_1.6” and “updated_2.1.8_2.19_2.2.x +” Then inside “updated_2.1.8_2.19_2.2.x +” there is a .txt file that says that you have to delete some folders inside /app. (but it doesn’t specifity which /app, since there are 3 folders which all contain an /app folder). Hopefully the creator can reach out to me ASAP.

In the theme folder, there isn’t the sample data files for Magento 1.9, please provide me with ma_ sagitta_quickstart asap.
