Hi,
I have two problems with PhpMailer in Massive – Responsive Multi-Purpose HTML5 Template:
1. I filled my config.php, the email is sent but I get the following message: THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG, TRY AGAIN!
2. I would like ‘to_email’ to be a variable taken from the form name = “email”

Hi there,
We just launched our website using your awesome Massive theme. The only problem we are having is that the new iPAD does not show the mobile menu (showing full desktop menu instead, even in the vertical position), which is causing display problems because overlapping is occurring on all pages. All other devices look great.
Could you tell us how to get it to display the mobile menu on iPad please? My programmers are stumped and have tried everything. The URL is https://athenaadvocacy.com/index.php. The screen resolution of my iPad is 834×1194. Thank you ahead of time for helping as I renewed my support on this theme to get your help.

The template is not responsive when used on mobil device. When I view on a phone the footer show and not the rest of the screen

Hi, need support asap. I’m using yout static HTML file named “op-index-revslider-kenburns.html”.
When I open this file from a browser on Android the menu remain open! Think it’s an error.
Try on a Samsung galaxy with Chrome browser and Brave browser.
You can test from mobile device, because with Desktop and PC it doesn’t broke.
It’s broken on Android device because menu remains open.

Hi first, love this theme been using it since 2017. Currently making updates to my site by using the contact templates with forms. However, when I test the page and click the send message button I get the growing gray processing dot and that’s it. The message isn’t received and I have to reload the page to move beyond the gray dot.

Hello. I can’t Install Massive Theme – Responsive Multi-Purpose HTML5 Template on Joomla 3.9.22.
It shows warning – “JInstaller:: Install: Could not find XML file to install package” and the error – “The correct package was not found along the given path. The manifest file could not be found”.
Please help me

Hello!
Thank you for the Massive template that I found incredible. I have one problem on the view of the « portfolio-3-title.html » on chrome, it seems that on chrome I have an issue of the alignment of the pictures and there are only two per line instead of three. I tried also on firefox and there everything works fine. Could you please look at this problem and fix the issue if there is one?
