The customer support service was beyond great! They helped me figure our all problems in my website! Their customer support team (J. Clarks) spend days helping me out sort everything. Couldn't be more satisfied from their support and help!

The theme is a great theme. However, it comes with a few bugs (CSS and display related). This is nothing outstanding, and is rather normal for complex themes. However, the issue is that the developer keeps blaming his customers, telling them they use his theme the wrong way, instead of investing his time on solving the issue. And even if you proove him that he is wrong, he is not acting.Oh, and I forgot : of course, do not think about reporting a bug if your support period is over. The developer will ask you to renew support (above $40 for 6 months), in order to be able to access the form where you can log your bug for review.As a conclusion, if you are confident that the theme is without any issue, go for it, as it is a nice one. If you fear a bug may be there (and yes, I believe there always can be bugs in themes), then find a theme where the developer will really care about support and fixing bugs.

Please can you write which is the name of the TikTok icon, to put it next to Facebook and Instagram icons on footer.

This theme works perfectly. It is different from others I bought and had incomplete documentation, did not work properly, gave many problems. My site is almost ready with this theme, I'm just customizing now.

Good theme and gets the job done. I wish it was more flexible and had more features as my last ecommerce theme, but my store looks professional, and converts extremely well so I can't complain.I'll check out the author's next theme(s) fore future projects.

hi, i’ve been having the same issue as lheuredete a little bit above, that question is from 2 months ago, there hasn’t been a fix nor an update on the cause, please let me know what you found. also, when i try to to view the demo on themeforest, and click on anything in the menu, i get an overlay with an x at top right that cannot be clicked away, unless you press ‘escape’, i get this on different browsers and mobile.
