I was going to send this to your support, but the link returns a page saying “found 0 item.” For some reason on layout 1, the product page comes up nearly blank and just says “No customer comments for the moment.” When I choose layout 2 and 3, this doesn’t appear to happen. I turned on the dev/debug in PrestaShop and the error on the product page says this: “Fatal error: Cannot use object of type Product as array in /home/crossro4/public_html/cache/smarty/compile/43/08/39/430839cd32c70183cc76e97c553e1bee999220f9.file.productcomments.tpl.php on line 193“ In my performance settings, I turned off cache as instructed in the installation documentation that came with the theme. Any insight into why this is happening and how to fix it would be appreciated. If you need more information, I’d be happy to give it.

Pessimo tema, impossibile da installare, problemi si strutturali che grafici!!! Ma la cosa peggiore che il servizio di assistenza non esiste. L’unica soluzione ho dovuto cestinare il tema, nonostante lo abbia acquistato!!!! Lasciate perdere! Bad theme, impossible to install, problems are structural graphics !!! Im NOT recomended this template for Prestashop. The template has a lot of problems with the code. The support from Magentech is really bad. He gives you temporally fix and when the support time is over (AFTER 6 MONTHS!!!) you must continued to pay a new support time. No aconsejo esta plantilla de Prestashop. Tiene un monton de problems y el soporte tecnico de magentech es malisimo. Solo te dan remiendos y encima tienes que meter tu los remiendos (codigo) que te envia en tu plantilla. O sea que si no eres programador lo tienes crudo. Despues de 6 meses de trabajo a un siguen sin funcionar bien la tienda y encima tienes que pagar por otros 6 meses para que te siguan ayudando. Ich empfehle das template NICHT für Prestashop. Das Template hat eine Menge Probleme, die Installation ist nicht sauber, eine haufen unsauberen Code. Der support von amgentech ist total Sch…..e! Nach 6 Monaten herum basteln läuft der Shop immer noch nicht sauber. Wie gesagt Kauft lieber ein anderes Template wenn Ihr keinen Ärger haben wollt und Eure Kunden nicht verlieren wollt.
