I want my money back!I don’t like your template , it’s not friendly with the user I can’t work in an easily way with it. The responses I get aren’t clear to me, now Im tired I prefer to install a new template from wordpress. Waiting for your comments.

Hi, the template is very nice and fully responsive. I just have a question. When I try to install a new language EXTENSIONS > MANAGE > INSTALL LANGUAGES it always comes the message: Error Can’t connect to https://update.joomla.org/language/translationlist_3.xml I talked with the Hosting Support and they said this error has nothing to do with the server. I googled it and I didn’t find a solution. Im using PHP 7.3. Do you know what can be the problem? Or how I can solve the issue? I just want to install a German Language but I can’t. Thanks for your support.
