I’ve juste updated my Wordpress in 5.5 and my theme sugar blog doesn’t works… I can’t change my theme options, my widgets…. and when I go to the media I don’t see any of my pictures while they’re still in the wordpress. I don’t know whqt to do… I disabled zilla likes but it’s still not working…

Hi. The featured images on my home page are blurry and you had helped me fix it in the past. However, after the recent update the image configuration changed back to being blurry again. Could you tell me how to fix this myself? Thanks!

Hey guys! I bought your theme a few years ago and still love it to pieces!
I usually had the date visible when i wrote an article, but now i wanna hide it. This is possible to switch off everywhere, but not for the situation when you have the articles shown by categories – you can’t switch it off from any point of the backend and the date is visible here.
Is there something i’m missing or you forgot to implement? Since one wants to hide dates, one wants it to hide overall.

Hello, you were helping me yesterday so sorry to be a pest. The Instagram images show in the footer now but with strange layout when you hover over any image. Can we fix this somehow? It never did this before.

There’s a few updates that I’d like assistance with. I need to update to the newest theme that’s available. Can you please send me instructions needed to properly download and install it? Also, I’d like to get the key to re-install my IG plugin, as the original Hercules plugin no longer works. Lastly, my featured images on my blog aren’t clear. Can you please assist with this as well?

Hi there!
I’d like some help with a few updates.
I’d like to know how to get the ‘Hercules’ subscribe pop up to work on my site. And then how to control the frequency of it.
What size doc/pic is best for the featured image of blog posts? I created few in Canva but they look a little distorted/too big, even after resizing.
For the products listed on site, is there any way to change the color/look of the green “sale” sign that appears?
Lastly, just need the most recent theme installed from April and the Instagram widget fixed.

FYI: When I look at the demo site on my iPad running the most current version of iOS with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox AND Puffin browsers, the slider/carousel between the header and blog posts does NOT display. It just shows a very long, blank white area. The “You May Also Like” widget displays fine, but not the slider/carousel.

Hello. Can’t get the theme to display youtube videos by simply adding the link. You have to use embed code and then wrap it in a div to be able to center it. Any thoughts?

Hi Im trying to import the demo. I go to import the Wordpress importer but Im an getting an error message when I try to activate the plugin.

Hi! I Have a problem with Helcules instagram, he suddenly doesn’t work anymore …. have you already encountered this problem? I can’t load it into the footer in the sidebar.
This the message: ” Instagram has returned invalid data.”
