Hi,
i’ve got a problem with your page builder, it don’t works..when i want editing or adds somethings it turn arround and nothing change. I’m already contact with your support team but my tickets N° #782782 is already open and nobody answer me since 02/12/2016 9:49 am…
i’m desapointed…imposible for me to works with the thme and my website too…..
Please can you tell me what’s going on and how to fix the problem?

CS Builder keeps on “loading” screen forever. If we delete the element and make a new one then it works as it should. If however, we save an element and then try to edit it after it keeps on the loading screen. This is an issue on the Pages.
I have already sent you a ticket and you haven’t replied me yet. We can’t keep deleting and then making new elements every time we want to edit a text on the page!
Your “way better than Visual Composer” builder has started to cause us serious troubles. Either fix that or we’ll ask for a refund.

update theme is always in waiting…Damn, it’s too long…Problems on your theme, impossible to adds i frame, it brokes the page…
How to fix it?

I have this theme on one of my client sites. I notice that you have not updated this theme since 2016. Are there updates coming? Are you no longer going to be supporting this because the current version is not compatible with Wordpress 5.X

Hi Chimpstudio, im in consideration of purchasing this theme. however i tested it on several mobile devices i stumple upon the following: The menu for mobile devices is broken on every other page than the homepage. it splits up in a weird unstructured way. Is this something already known, or something that is fixable on short term? http://imgur.com/MSQr49V
