After purchasing while we try to install, we are unable to use the demo import it ask us to install plugins. while trying to install the plugins it is showing the error. Detailed mail also sent.Please respond immediately.

Theme update from 1.2 to 1.4 destroys the layout. Nothing can be changed in the theme options in either version. All plugins deactivated – no improvement. Worpdess is up to date. PHP 7.4 up to date. What can be the reason.

I bought this theme since got everything i needed, to later realized it has 5 years OUT OF DATE, the worst mistake ever, the support has waited until my support license to END to do NOTHING, I’m posting this after 2 months waiting for an answer now I GOT one month left for support and still waiting for them to UPDATE the theme and plug ins, THIS IS NOT SUPPORTED for the latest version of WORDPRESS OR PHP. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
