Hi my site has been freaking out for some time now due to the theme not been updated for a long time now, Wp bakery has been giving me issues. Please could you get back to me , because i see above you are not replying to people…. When i had support you guys never replied to me. i need it now again

Is there going to be an update for this theme… it seems to be in poor form that it is still for sale and has substantial issues with Visual Composer and the Wordpress 5.5 update. It doesn’t look like any of that has been addressed.

HI, I have purchased Demeter – One Page Parallax WordPress Theme. I have installed and import demo content also. But main slider is not working. I tried to upload new images. But not showing on slider. Please help me to solve this issue.

I have been submitting ticket after ticket trying to get help has i have really important amendments to do on my site which i can not do because Visual Composer doesnt work anymore. Backend>page > displays all the code/short code. it should not display that it should have the Visual Composer builder there for me to edit. i have sent tickets days ago and i have not gotten any help in resolving this issue. My support has expired due to the wait.
Can you guys Please Reply to my Tickets!
