I need some additional plugin or the theme itself supports this feature, how to do this? 2. Can I set recurring payments to automatically receive every month, week, day, or even year? 3. How does time make it possible for Vendor to be able to sell products, services or events directly from the frontend? 4. Does the theme have a manager for sending personalized e-mails and SMS? 5. How do you have a personalization to send e-mail to Bookings? 6. The theme provides a way to aggregate and manage Vendor Affiliates and Website Administrator, how can this be done with your theme? 7. How does the theme manage users and subscribers who review? Is there any way to keep a management to engage them to participate in campaigns from the Vendor or website administrators? There is too many things to talk about this template which isn't good. This template is more less a setup for the pro templates. I've purchased many templates for my clients and my businesses and I have to say this is the worse of them all. I've purchase WP Residence before and had issues and the owner of that template would message you direct and help you with your concerns instead of making you jump through hoops like your a circus animal. People please do your research before you purchase this template as Im sure you will find something else better then this one. If you look at all the comments, they are from other designers who didn't purchase the template, so you will have a good idea how well this template is doing. Its a shame because this template could have some positive things if the owner cared about the support.

Love the look of this theme, the developer has a very nice portfolio of Real Estate themes, which is very assuring! I had a question about the gallery image size, and Tom messaged me back right away and was able to provide me with a solution! Thank you!

When I first came across this theme I thought it would be something great. After working with it, there is a lot of things missing from it which is required for realtors to us. First and foremost each property is required to have a MLS Listing Number. Also I’ve noticed a lot of the features are buggy. I’ve tried to reach out to Mr. Garcia and never heard back and looking at the last date time for an update, its safe for me to say that this theme template isn’t going to be a main seller as it has the ability to be. If the seller actually sat down with someone who knows what is required for realtors to run a website, this template could become one of the top 10 themes to purchase. No plugins so agents are able to upload their listings with an IDX, isn’t going to go well with people. Hope this posting grabs the attention of the seller and they listen to what someone like myself knows what I’m talking about. I’m not sure about all the other postings as I only see my name with a purchased tab beside it so I’m assuming a lot of the postings are just based on the looks of the template and not actual purchase of the template. However, I could be wrong. Overall, I’m not trying to turn people away from this theme as it does have some great features on it, but, there is some work still needed. Overall I give it a 5 out of 10. If the seller has plugins on it, adds another section for the MLS and maks some changes to other area’s of the template, this will be a big seller.
