your envato login system doesnt function. it just hangs and doesnt do anything. ive been using this for ages and now it doesnt work. this doesnt fall under support when your login system doesnt function.

HI Estebanaraujo,
Emailio provide Mailster compatible template export option but Mailster plugin is not included in the package. Emailio provide HTML export and that you can use in Amazon SES with your required changes as there is no Amazon SES specific export available.

Hi, I’m interested in this product, I only want to be sure as you said you include the Mailster app, I don’t need to buy it separately ($59) with them?, and can I configure with Amazon SES? thanks.

I’m suddenly unable to log in. When I click, “My Saved Templates,” from the template builder page, the Envato login dialogue box pops up. I click, “LOGIN,” and it takes me to a blank page where a green dot pulses a few times, then it just stops. If I refresh that page, it just says, “empty code.”
My cache has been cleared & cookies dumped…
This template has worked fine for a few years, but now I can’t access any of my old builds or save any new ones. I paid for support again yesterday but haven’t received a response yet. Need help please…

Hi, I am having trouble with your support ticket system, it will not allow me to upload html document, or a text document. I am having a problem with responsive not working when I send an email with the template. I sent it to my gmail account from my laptop
