Hello again,
I am not able to insert shortcode on page using shortcode icon on page editor. I can see the popup display of shortcode. When I try to insert code, it will not insert shortcode to the page (no action when clicked on insert button).
I am using purity 4.4.6 with latest version of wordpress 5.5.1.
Could you help, please?

Hello,
After upgrading to the newest version of Purity, all of my portfolio images are gone. The original set-up was very low-key, each portfolio post had just one image (radio button to “image list” and the image itself set up as “Image 1 (thumb)” on that list).
After the upgrade, that image list has been replaced by a “Create Gallery” button. When I click on the button, I get a “Drag and drop to reorder media files” message, accompanied with an ever-spinning wheel. Clicking on “Add to Gallery” and back to “Edit Gallery” reveals that the gallery is empty.
I followed the upgrade instructions by clicking on “Migrate Options” and installing the Purity plugin. How can I recover those portfolio images?

I am a long time user, went to add a new portfolio category and I no longer have the category selection area on the edit page. The portfolio categories section is just not there. Please advise!

Hello. Thank you for this great theme.
- Am I understanding that the upgrade from v2.3 to v3.0 is free?
- Is it possible that when adding an SSL certificate to your site that the portfolio section can be damaged. (the category links no longer work nor does Lightbox)
I’m happy to pay for support is if there’s a way to resolve this.

the purity slider on the homepage of ceramicstudiomilano.com seems to change its size while loading the second image during the first sliding cycle. Tried everything to solve it, any hints? Thank You

Please make sure that you have the very latest version of Purity installed on your website. The last update was released last week. We just checked on a couple of theme installations and we can see the category selection area without any issues?
