Hello, Recently the Green Nature theme does not appear to resize or does not seem to be responsive to different resolutions. We are on latest Wordpress version 5.8.2 and the on the latest Green Nature theme version available till date. Please suggest a solution. Also let us know any additional information or screenshots are required.

Based on the answers received we would proceed further. Here we go… 1. Similar to projects, news/blogs, etc. is it possible to creating events? Events, for example, plantation drive, river cleaning activity, etc. 2. Is it possible to embed Google Maps with the pages, especially events? 3. The demo site shows a sample campaign, however the documentation does not talk about it. Is it possible and easy to create campaign? 4. The images that we will be uploading, by default, are they going to be stored on the server HDD? 5. After purchasing the theme, is this comments section going to be only way of communicating with Author or author can be connected over email as well? 6. When and how the training videos for green nature theme will be available, after purchase? 7. Font upload: are both EOT and ttf fonts always mandatory to be specified so as to use any specific font? 8. Font upload: Can font be uploaded from local folder instead of a link? 9. After purchasing the theme, are theme updates available forever/lifetime or for limited duration only? If updates are available forever then if the technical support period has been expired and the update introduces some defect then how to resolve it? 10. Can the imported demo theme as well as all or some of the images in it used as is for our website? 11. Is alignment of images, blocks dependent on menu numbers – is it fluid or not? 12. Multilingual support? Non latin charachters – Is there in built to translate whole website, pages to other languages? What all Indian languages are supported? 13. Is there any trial period or moneyback for theme in worst case if the things are not as promised? 14. With the purchased theme, does the regular license allow to do local setup for testing purpose (only used internally by our team for development and internal testing (not accessible to outside world) and the live setup (for external audience) on a hosting provider’s server both at the same time with the single license and for a single end product. In such cases can the theme be used with all its features at both places? Thank you.

Hello, A query regarding the Master Slider Pro plugin update. We have Green Nature theme installed. Wordpress shows that the update for Master Slider Plugin is available however the plugin cannot be installed from there. What is the way to keep getting updates for the Master Slider Pro?

An issue observed with the clickable date of Goodlayers Recent Portfolio widget. How to observe the issue: 1. Visit https://vanarambh.org/storyticles/ 2. On the right pane, find “RECENT WORKS” section 3. Click on the date of any of the portfolios. 4. It redirects to a page, for example, https://vanarambh.org/blog/2021/04/18/ however throws 404 Page Not Found. Can you please fix it? Alternative resolution: Instead of redirecting to https://vanarambh.org/blog/2021/04/18/, if the widget can redirect to https://vanarambh.org/blog/2021/04 then the link works. If widget can redirect to https://vanarambh.org/blog/2021/04 after clicking on the date then that shall also be fine. Kind of a month’s archive. OR else it should redirect to https://vanarambh.org/blog/portfolio/2021/04/18/ listing the portfolios created on that date

Recently in the page builder, I can click the X to delete an item, but when I click the gear icon the edit box does not pop up like usual, nothing happens. I updated the theme and all my plugins. Anything else I can try? Thanks so much.

This is just a video embed on the homepage, there are no other campaign-related options in the theme. 4. Yes, they will be stored on your server hdd/ssd. 5. Yes, it is recommended to upload both of these file types, so the font works properly on all browsers. 8. Yes, you can upload them from your computer. 9. Yes, the theme updates are available lifetime. We will update the theme again if there are any issues with the recent update. 10. No, these are not included with the theme. You will need to purchase them separately to use them on a production site. 11. I am not sure I understand, could you explain more? 12. Hello! I bought the Green nature wp theme about a year ago. And only now decided to use it. But I cant edit the content, edit sliders, anything. Can’t even interract with demo elements in editor. I updated the theme up to the last version 1.3.2 , all necessary plugins was updated too. Can you help me somehow?

Just a note about the lastes 5.8 updates for sidebars, when classic widgets is activated the old sidebar creation does not work, so you might need to plan for users that do not want to switch to the new WP widgets.
