Was attempting to install the theme required plugins but the Parallax Backgrounds for VC installation is not working and it appears to be discontinued on envanto, is there another source file or way to install it

Could you please update the theme and all bundled plugins to work with Wordpress 5.5? Date popups and other admin panel parts do not work anymore.

This team does not work with wordpress 5.5, it gives a white page in the gutenberg editor. If I install the jquery migrate helper plugin it says the theme is using outdated jquery plugins (event grid for example and the date picker). Please fix and update all bundled plugins…

Well that support wasn’t worth anything. This theme does not work with WordPress 5.5 and not with WordPress 5.6, last update was almost a year ago, author does respond to message but only replies “were working on it”, no indication of when, no updates, nothing. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them again, no updates and bad communication…

Hello,
The WP Bakery is already activated. Being a bundled plugin, it shares the same ID activation with the main theme. The pop-up messages are only for upgrading it to full support from the plugin creator, but in this case, I will be the one to assist you with the questions and requests.

Okay I never comment but this time I have no other choice. I installed the theme, the demo takes forever and doesn’t install, I changed the settings to what is recommended; that didn’t work so I submitted a ticket. Its been more than 24 hours and I haven’t heard from support. I tried to fill out their contact form and ask for the status but that just spins around and never gets submitted. Each time I visit support it says they are not working.
