Hi, I bought this template off you a few months back, however I want to use your system to edit it then download it and put it on wordpress. The issue is, the version I bought says its been removed off theme forest, why is this?

I have purchased this theme and need to edit it on the builder. My purchase code is numbers 7 letters when the builder expect numbers only therefore I cannot validate purchase. Kindly assist with this

Hi, Great template and builder, thanks!
But I’m having a problem with the header_bg on this template. I know you overlay an image on top, but I only want the full width header, but when I delete the image overlay, the container shrinks.
Even so, I used your psd file for the header as template for size, but when I replace the header using the background imgs tool, it doesn’t retain the same pixel ratio. Even worse, when uploading files to mail chimp it resizes again.
All I want to do is use my own custom image at the size per your psd file and not have the overlay. How can this be accomplished? Seems simple and easy enough.

Hi,
I have purchased this theme to send formated e-mail via my PHP web site. I’m a little bit surprised because when I’m download the theme via builder, I received a index.html file and a directory with images.
How to display images in my e-mail ? Where put these images ? Why these images are not embed ?
Can you help me ?

Would it be possible to receive help in learning how to use the Pure template?
I am trying to create a quarterly newsletter for a non-profit organization, http://www.olmstedsociety.org that gets tied into our Mail Chimp email list. Please provide assistance on this.
When I try to upload an image it keeps asking for a URL. I am not a web designer, so thank you for advising on this.
Also, how do I create a link to an article?
Here is the code: 56634890e9dd6 It is telling me to use this code to upload the template. Not sure what to do with this.
