Hi, I’m having a problem with a svg logo in this site i’m building: https://alissonalipio.com/home-a I’ve imported the SVG code in the Logo media option, as explained in this article (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214001865), and set the height to 55, but it appears very very small on the site. I tried changing the file size up to 300 px height before exporting it, but the result is the same as it was when the height was 50. I’ve also tried increasing the height on the logo option, from 55 to 300:: the logo size is ok like this, but it messes up the menu position… The mobile version of the logo, algo a SVG file, works fine. I found out that the logo is being contained by the mobile format (the “logo-container-mobile” div, a 55×55 square) even on desktop. I really don’t know what it might be wrong. Would you please help me with this?

Hi team. Is there any way I can keep the heading text size as it is? When place inside a row layout (1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 for example), big heading texts are auto resized to fit into the cell and become really small. Thank you!

Product gets correctly added to minicart, and links to “view cart” and “checkout” within the minicart work as expected. However, following the same process with any other language (ES, CA) produces the links “view cart” and “checkout” within the minicart pointing to ENGLISH language.

Hi! We are using UNCODE + WooCommerce + WPML + WP Rocket. We noticed the links to “VIEW CART” and “CHECKOUT” in the MiniCart point to the last language cached. I couldn’t find a way to fix this, nor information about this. Is this a known issue?

When using the Single Media to play a self hosted mp4 video, there is no volume adjuster on the control bar when viewed on a phone. It’s there on a desktop browser. We are using the most recent version of the theme but see others from a while ago having the same issue…

Hello, there seems to be a bug in the theme. You can verify by going to https://www.kaerntner-fischerei.at/ – at first visit, there is a dark line between the top menu and the image. As soon as you reload, everything looks good and the line is gone. This was introduced a couple of updates ago and since I didn’t change the theme and the line simply disappears by refreshing, I’d assume it’s a strange bug?

Hello, as far as I can see on our test sites the responsive options of the Empty Space module works fine, but remember that the Row that contains it is still visible on mobile, so if you don’t have any other module in that Row, I recommend to hide the Row itself instead of the Empty Space module. We had hired a designer that used this theme but we are having menu/submenu issues when you are clicking on project info menu next to home from the desktop view the menu expands out and breaks. Can you please look at the desktop view for https://cosmi.llc/ and try to click on project info in the menu. Please let us know what is going on but, its under the designers project username. Is it a server or template issue?

Hi, is it at all possible to have 6/12 width thumbnails for portfolio post blocks in both medium (table) and large (desktop) views? At the moment I can only get 6/12 for medium view if I set the block width settings to 4/12, but ideally I would like 6/12 for both then only jump to 12/12 for small (mobile) view. Thanks!

The last few updates have not been pushed to ThemeForest. Privacy 2.2.1 and LayerSlider 7.1.3 specifically which is being flagged for a vulnerability by our security plugin.
