I have set up the theme and able to navigate organizing topcis via tree organizer. However, I still need help on some basic items like the following:
When adding a new topic, how does one add various elements as per your demo, like tabs, image with hotspot, tables, etc.*
Your documentation on using the theme does not cover them.
also can we create topic using regular wp new topic option, or should we use elementor ?*
Please provide info for the above.

Hello
I have a question about customization of the search page.
I have tried your “Corporate Demo” : May I customize the Search results page regarding 2 points:
- First one: for example, If my search just finds 1 result, the footer appears tin the middle of the screen / page … Not very beautiful
- The second is: may I obtain a design like the category page, with “block” by articles found (like that : http://demo.wpsmartapps.com/manual/two/kb/admin-account/)

Documentation articles built with WPBakery Page Builder don’t show Excerpts on the Search Page. How can I display these excerpts?
It’s not showing up in my Screen options either.

Hi,
1) Certain elements – such as timeline and hover do not show correctly (or in case of timeline – do not show at all) in inline documentation, but if I open each of these “posts” separately, they work as intended.
How can I fix it?
2) How to resize TOC menu in Inline Documentation? it is way too spacious.

I added manual tags to posts but the search function is not picking them up. I enabled manual_doc_tag to the advanced search option but it’s still not working.
Does the search function pick up on tags at all?

Importing HTML Files
Hi, we already have some documentation as HTML files and are planning to use WP to host them. Can I import my existing documentation (in HTML) into your theme ? Is there a documentation on how to do this?

I’m pretty sure that clicking the Documentation name (Kennisbank, on the page I linked, as you can see in the breadcrumbs) has to link to the correct page, which would be https://kennisbank-mch.be/dpgmedia/kennisbank for me.
This currently links to an archive page. I would actually like to style this archive page but there’s no way I can do this with the current theme customizer.

Pages->Add New-> “Add Template”,I see “My Templates” and “Templates libarary”. But I don’t see “Default Templates” . Please help.

also, can we create an A-Z Filter for the KB categories ? we have many categories and we want the users to sort the KB categories by the first letter
