Hi, I have just purchased and imported your theme to mailchimp and realise as outlined in your instructions that are delivered with the import that it is not possible to change the background image within mailchimp.
Is there any way of changing the background image that doesn’t involve having to do so prior to importing? This would mean I would have to import and create a new template for every mailout.
I make weekly mailouts so it could become very time consuming.
I am hoping there is a better solution to this.

1) If I buy a license “Regular License”, how can I make websites and download them?
2) If I buy a license “Regular License” then I can download “Escape – Responsive Email + Online Builder” on my computer and install “Escape – Responsive Email + Online Builder” on my website (domain)?
Before buying, I need to know the answers to these questions, thank you.

I’m having issues with “Uploading Photo from Desktop” not allowing me to insert any photos. I’ve tried using different browsers, i.e. Safari, Chrome and neither browser is allowing me insert a photo. Any tips to reconcile this?

I am working with the Panorama template and using campaign monitor to send it out. When I send it out, on the computer it looks good, but on cell phones it doesn’t look at all like the mobile preview in the builder. Can you please advise?

To answer your questions:
1) This is an email template and not a website. When you you’ve bought the license you’ll be able to modify and send the email and to your customers.
2) You will buy the license for the email template and not for our Builder. You can access to our online builder to modify Escape and export the HTML of the email to send it to your customers from any ESP.

Additionally, if I am to change the background image within the zip file and upload it fresh each time I want to send a mailout there is no way of telling which image is the correct one to change. I have just tried to do so and no change was made to the template.

I have purchased this template and imported it to mailchimp. After sending a test, it’s displaying terribly in Gmail (Chrome), Gmail (iPhone X App) and Outlook 10. Could you please assist seeing as the notes state it’s compatible with all of the above.
