Hello, We just purchased this theme and the Visual Composer is out-of-date and the update in the theme doesn’t go through because of the license issue. We do have license so we are able to download the most current version from VC, but when we try to update manually, it seems your theme is blocking that approach some how? We tried with two different FTP clients and the VC update breaks at the same point each time. We have had to clear out the manual file attempts and just reinstall via the theme, however that version is still out of date. Will the theme be keeping that plugin up to date or is there some way for us the be allowed to manually update? Thank you!

I have Broker 2 installed with Visual Baker. When i open any visual composer component and try to save nothing happens. However, if I close and re-open, I am able to save. Are you aware of this issue? I can only save changes if i open a text block – close it, then re-open it and make the changes. No text blocks save when i open for the first time. Thanks,

Hi, Broker is regularly updated. We’ll be including the latest version of LayerSlider in the next release once we’ve completed testing. We don’t use any WooCommerce overrides so it’s always compatible with the latest version of that plugin.

Hi, we didn’t include any Shop demo data. People would have to just delete those items anyway and add their own. Just install the WooCommerce plugin and follow the setup wizard. There’s a separate ‘Shop Sidebar’ widget area in Appearance > Widgets which you can drop WooCommerce widgets into.

Love this theme. However there aren’t any options to change the header layout. I want to have the logo and menu on the same line / row. In Header Settings, there is only one layout. How can I change?

Hello! We are using Woocommerce in this theme. Is there an option for full width product and category pages? Also, just a note that when we switch the layout to “Redux Full Width” in the individual product pages, the layout doesn’t change, so maybe we’re missing a setting? Thank you so much!

My hosting company updated PHP version and some of the plugins stopped working. LayerSlider and CommerceGurus Toolkit to be more specific. Since I do not use CommerceGurus Toolkit, I have made it inactive. However, LayerSlider is now asking for an activation code. Any idea, how do I get that?

Broker version 2.1.4 stops support at LayerSlider 6.11.6 while the current version is at 6.11.8? CommerceGurus Toolkit is at 1.6 when version 1.8 needs supported? Your last WooCommerce support update was version 1.6.2 for WooCommerce 3.1? WooCommerce is at version 5.4.1! Is Broker 2.1.5 posed for a release with these updates? My client needs to buy a new license, but not if the theme is not kept up to date.
