How the heck do I get to the Mount Cool support area??? It asks for a password and I think it wants my WP password but that doesn’t work. Anyone know what the magic ingredient they want is?

In the edition part where the prices are described as Bottom Fullwidth Section, below the prices is written “per month” the word per is not allowing to be changed, and I need to change it to a Portuguese word. Hi, purchased the theme two months ago, I have asked a lot of questions, your support only sent me those teaching videos which were made years ago, but still cannot work properly, very frustrated. I tried to forget about the previous works and start to create a new page just from the clean template. Then I added one new module with only three words. OK, the page works, the slider works. Then I deleted that text testing module in the page, then, everything gone, including the working slider, including the top menu bar, only left the footer. Please help me, I have no clue. Sitting here the whole morning, only feel like being joked by the theme.

In our updated version , we have removed that option. You can import the demo using the unyson plugin . So ,kindly refer the below knowledgebase link,

Hello!
I installed the theme and the demo content. I made everything exactly like the documentation.
After all, the website always shows up only:
MOUNTCOOL IS DRESSING UP. PLEASE WAIT!!
And nothing happens anymore…
What can I do?
Backend looks fine.
Also I had this problem during the demo content installation and with this solution worked:

Hi,
normally we’re happy with you theme, but also the latest update did not solve the problem, that pages are no longer editable with visual composer. Also Gutenberg is not there. Pretty strange. We didn’t change anything since our first relaunch, just using a normal child-Theme.

Hi, I updated the theme but for some reason the code on the footer where the social links are located no longer works, now its giving me errors to all of them but before it didn’t. I even checked the code and it seems be good, take a look

when I click on the link for example on facebook it goes to 404 Not found page instead of loading up the actual facebook account.
