Hi, great theme, but is it possible to get a refund if you have not used this theme and haven’t installed on any domain please? My client has changed the design brief so I cant use the theme anymore. I would really appreciate if that is possible. thanks!

Hello, I’m trying to put a video as background. I created the section, I edited it and in the Background Video option I put the url of the video. But the text I put inside the section, it does not appear. I wanted the video as background and a text above … can not do that? For the rest that is inside the section, add everything when I put the video background.

Hi, I like the theme, however the page is 31MB (!!) and scoring 0/100 on google pagespeed test (no wonder), is there anyway to get this to a reasonable sized page ? maybe replacing the header video by a static image ?

Hello,
First : how can I make the section that include ( icon tabs ) responsive for mobile and tablets deceives.
Icons doesn’t appear on mobile and tablet devices.
and also the image doesn’t appear.
Second: how I can add icon to button on slider, that I want to add download button with android or app store icon.
Third: the menu on blog or post page doesn’t return to home page. can i add last news section to home page using your page builder.

Hello, Love the theme. On the demo, when you click “sign up” or “tell me more” they link to nothing. Where does the theme direct you to when those links are made active?

Hello,
For the Wordpress version ;
a) has this been fixed ? “Pixel Perfect” item is not correctly aligned with the other 5 items.
b) is it possible to have scrolling images or a video playing inside the phone that appears in the top header section.
c) can I change the colour of the phone border – example red instead of blue etc

Hello, I just purchased your theme and its very cool. But the theme is not very responsive, for a Theme that is promoting mobile its strange that its not very responsive. The phone on the slider does not show on Mobiles. Can this be fixed? Thank you

Hi, may I know why after I created all the sub pages, in mobile-version I could not click any link to go to next page but desktop version worked fine?
