Hello, I figured since I see your response to everyone else on here is “submit a ticket”, that I would not bother messaging on here and submit a ticket…. I am very disappointed. I’ve submitted a ticket and no response. I have never had a support team take so long and i’ve worked with many other templates. I can’t do anything with my site until my questions are answered. First, i’ve set my submit ticket to be “high”.. does that basically mean that if someone sets their importance higher then mine, then their questions are answered before mine??? No only that, but I tried to login to see the status of my ticket. It didn’t even work, it automatically “unsubscribed” me. I was already frustrated trying to figure this template out and thought about asking for a refund, but I figured I would see if it could be resolved, but now no one is helping.
