Hi,
I am interested in buying this theme, however I am not so keen on leaving the themebuilder access to a third party. I’ve been asked to design a newsletter solution for my client, and we’d really need to self host the theme builder so that we can ensure lasting availability of the software. Do you offer this option. Can we pay extra to self host? Please let me know.

Do you include a HTML without tags version. In other words a clean HTML version that I can work with in any HTML editor & customize it to my needs?

Hi, I installed the template in Mailchimp and it looks fine. But when I attach it to a campaign then the only part I see is the banner with the menu. Nothing else.
Is this a bug or did I overlook something”?

Hi.
Purchased the template as I really love the professional feel of it.
However, the User Manual is more an inventory and doesn’t offer any guidance on how to make it work for you.
As a MailChimp user I have to use the ThemeBuilder and it doesn’t allow you to insert individual modules or elements. So once you have deleted something from the builder and want it back you have to start again from scratch.
I hope I am missing something obvious

There is no support, no instructions, the builder doesn’t work properly (also in MailChimp – it opens, but I can’t do any changes) – just like 2Boots wrote before “once you have deleted something from the builder and want it back you have to start again from scratch”. I’m very disappointed :/
