I’ve had bad luck getting support from the author. I originally contacted the author about a design issue through the support link on Oct 4, 2016 and got a response on Oct 11, 2016 asking me to send a picture of the issue. It has been 3 days after I sent him the picture he requested but as of today (3 days later) I haven’t heard from him weather he would look into the problem or anything. Perhaps I’ll have better luck if I post my request for support through here?

I HAVE SEARCHED ALL FILES BUT COULD NOT SEE ANY WORDPRESS INSTALLATION ZIP FILE. I HAVE TRIED EXTRACTING INDIVIDUALLY, THEN ZIPPED THE FILE. AFTER UPLOADING, THE ERROR STILL REPEATS

Hello iwethemes,
I’ve been building a site for someone using this template and ran into a snag for which I have a question.
As proof of purchase I can provide the purchase code if you want.
My question is with regards bulleted lists. I’m using the check bulleted list and found that the list items don’t wrap well. What I mean is, when the text on a list item is long, it continues and flows right underneath the bullets themselves. I want them to break properly and just flow/continue from beneath the beginning of the list item text itself.
I can send you a link and/or screenshots so you see what I’m saying.
A swift response will be much appreciated.
