first i install theme and registered successfully. then i see one error in my control panel. so i remove all WordPress and reinstall. then try activate again. but now showing error like this “This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.”
please help me.

Hello, I had several big problems with this theme. A virus entered the site (which never happened before) I had to contact a developer. And now the full wight doesn’t work anymore on some page and the support doesn’t help me…

4 – there are several options for the homepage in the template. Is it possible to use an element from one of these pages on another? For example, take the gallery that exists in the “classic” model and use it in the “creative” model?

1 – Please, I would like to include a call to whatsapp service at the top, next to the phone number. It’s possible?
2 – At the top there is the expression “call us”. Is it possible to edit the text and font that was used?
3 – Is it possible to hide the shopping cart at the top?

Hello, how I can disable the effect which affected loading page? I can’t open multiple tabs with “Ctrl+click” and i have problem with lightboxes. If I want to use a plugin ””justified image grid” or ””nextgen” or many more with lightboxe your theme just open image in new page instead of lightbox..
How I can disable that loading effect?

This says that I do not have an active license for WPBakery Page Builder. Is that why I cannot build out this site? I have had this theme for a while, I have written to you for help months ago. I still cannot get it working, and I am pretty frustrated that I still have not been able to launch my website. Please advise what I am missing when it comes to the WPBakery Page Builder.

I’m a little confused about the theme releases.
It seems that the Theme was updated in september 2021 (see that info in sidebar and beside the title on top) but in changelog appears october 2020 (version 1.2.2).
So, what is the last version and when it was updated?

I am getting a wordpress critical error when going to widgets. Ticket submitted – 145867, if I could get this resolved ASAP that would be great. Also woocommerce is telling me multiple files are out of date. I don’t want to down grade my woocommerce. I would like the new templates please. Thank you.

Hi, I have a pre sale question, the theme is beautiful but I don’t see any option to show products on the homepage, so how can I see a preview of the product categories carousel?
Is there a way to create a call to action with a photo (like the one with the blonde woman and the white flower, which seem to be related to the portfolio only I suppose or maybe not?) to create a section for product categories on the homepage?

Hi, I just renewed the license but cant´find the purchase code? We have problem with an update to the theme that makes things not working as should. The update is eltd-cpt plugin.
