It does not recognize the image of the logo, it does not load it in the header, it only loads text and if I leave it blank, it does not load the logo in the same way

In WPBakery a text block WYSIWYG editor stoped working. Not sure when. Does anyone else have similar problem? I updated the theme and plugins, deactivate/activate all plugins to see if there is the problem… but nothing. I only see code when opening text block and dont have editor.

What is the easiest way to update the Product-Category page template?
I want spruce the page up, have a header row with an image background and text at the top (that’s not the category description) that sits directly beneath my menu

Hello there,
Can I get help here?
I need to show breadcrumbs on my single product page (eg. https://weprintforlife.com/product/road-captain-1-unisex-tee/ )
I’ve install Breadcrumb NavXT, woocommerce breadcrumbs, but it’s still now showing any breadcrumbs like in your demo page here: https://themes.laborator.co/aurum/fashion/product/paul-smith/
Did I miss any setting on the theme option? or can you guys help me to resolve this issue?

I’d like to update the theme and the Wp Bakery plugin on a client’s website but it seems is not possible inside the Wordpress Dashboard. In fact, the theme was last updated on 2018 and there are not automatic updates available. Also WP bakery plugin says that a license is needed to update the plugin but in your theme description, you say that the updates are included so I’m confused, can you help me please? Thank you.

I’m using Loco Translate Plugin for my website but I see no option to connect Aurun theme so use a language switcher for Loco and switch between Arabic and English Language

will there be any font control panel added? The default font sizes cause issues with pagespeed insights and going through the whole CSS file seems ridiculous

I bought a theme from you, now it is empty, just demo content.
1) The filter by price in the site bar does not work, it is in the sitebar widgets but not on the site
2) The pages ceased to be saved as soon as the demo content was installed.
3) The site is very slow

Hello there,
I’ve been purchased this theme a few years ago, it’s a very good theme I’ve ever use.
Now I’ve planned to build one more site and I’d like to use this theme again.
So, my question is, how to upgrade the license for this theme so I can use it on one more of my sites?
and how much is it?
