Does this company still support this item?? I got an “office closed” banner from July 2016 when I asked for support. They reference their images on an external site (place.it) in the html. when I reference to where I placed the images, they do not display. Why didnt they just use the /images folder for all of the images? I am an amateur but every other theme I have purchased I have been able to personalize.
