Hi Elated, is it possible to change the portfolio page to one column?
The only option i see is 2,3 and 4 columns under the Elated Options.

I tried using your new support system but it says my Purchase key has expired and i haven’t had problems with my theme until now, i really need assistance as my WP-Bakery isn’t working, it says that i need to activate the plugin. We are interested in Kreate. In the previews we saw a lot of green and we would like to change this color. Is it possible to easily (without coding) change the color of the theme?

Hi Elated,
We had an issue with showing the $output: })(jQuery) after the footer and also during loading a new side (then on the upper left side).
I’m not sure, if it’s connected to the WP-Update we’ve made (WP version 5.5.1; Kreate Version 2.0) but at least I’ve found a hint where the message comes from. When I commented out line 700 in functions.php ”$output .= ‘})(jQuery)’” this message didn’t occur anymore.
What is the function kreate_elated_print_custom_js for? Do you have an idea, what causes this message? Could it be an incompatibility with WP 5.5.1.?

I wanted to ask you.
I am using your kreate theme and the WPBakery Page Builder.
The point is, it had always let me save sections from different pages as a template, so that I could use them on other pages. It gives me an error and when trying to save it does not let me, I am going to click the save button and I get the forbidden icon, I have looked everywhere for a possible solution but I cannot find it.
Could you tell me what to do?
