hi, i have an error after installing the theme

Looks like related to hooksnsShortcodeFront.
What do you suggest to fix this?

I have a valid purchase code but the forum does not accept it so I can solve my problem!
The Theme simply does not work in the mobile version, the screen does not slide down making it impossible to use!

Just an article on my website and in the mozilla browser, the related products look good. In the rest of the browsers neither the related products of the product appear.
