The talent profile is supposed to show demo reels (YouTube videos) which is a critical function for any talent agency.Instead, all you get are YouTube URLs that aren't even clickable.I posted on the author's forum asking for a resolution and although I saw several other posts of the exact same issue, the author has still not replied after 6 days.In addition, the documentation provided is extremely outdated. Tutorial videos no longer exist and broken links are rampant.There is no clear guide (of any sort) that provides steps or describes functionality - the documentation page is simple a set of links (again, many of which are broken) for different components with no order or description of how or why to use them.I have requested a refund.

hello having issues installing plugins – says installation package not available – and I have a valid license for support and having issues registering for your support

We have been working with Kayapati support about a month now and still don't have a working site. The front end search does not work at all and the site keeps crashing as the software eats up more and more server resources. Our site admin has to log in and manually flush the cache multiple times a day to keep the site up and running.Support responses include helpful comments like, "I have no idea” and "I will check the search” but days and days go by with no followup resolution to the problem.

Since updating Wordpress, it’s not showing the actors/actresses – you can see on the homepage. I’m currently using Casting Child 2.0.5.1519148938 and Casting 2.0.5. I downloaded the latest versions and installed but was getting lots of errors. I switched over to the main theme and then uploaded the new version of Casting (2.2.5) but was getting lots of errors but then I installed the new plugins and the site lost all if its styling. Please let me know if you’re able to help me update the theme and retain all of the design how it currently is and I’ll go ahead and purchase a support package. Thanks!
