I wanted to love this theme and while I like what it does and how it looks, it feels like not enough thought was put into the customization capabilities of it. While the theme has a huge number of options to changing colors and fonts, it's incredibly hard to actually see changes happen when you change those. You would think that changing the main colors (blue/green) would be as simple as choosing a new color, right? Wrong. It's not that simple, you will have to add CSS, or even go into your site's filed to change it. The documentation provided is sadly of little help as well. If you have a lot of experience with coding, maybe this will be a good theme for you, but if you want something easy to use, with clear instructions and that when you make changes, you actually see them, then possibly look into some other theme. I am still considering if I will keep struggling to make it work, or jump ship. Too bad, because it's pretty.

This directory is a complete waste of money, Would like my money back. Theme files are extremely hard to modifyOn just one issue [of many] Our question: Is the Google API is limited to San Francisco? When using a different location the map disappears. also, there are issues on custom search area as well:This is their response:Map is not limited in any way except you should use only one location if you search for listing, as well as for listing it self. When it comes to search listing problem, we'll need to check that out so please provide us with WP admin credentials so we can inspect. Also, before that, please turn off all third party plugins so nothing obstructs theme, especially those plugins using Google Maps API.Also, make sure you have location set for items you're searching for. Way too many issues with this product and very complicated to use. Have sourced a different product.What a waste of money, I would like my money back please.

I have recently got round to using the theme locally to see if it will work for me on my latest project. As per other comments, although it looks great, it's really hard to modify. So no good for me or my project and there are much better alternatives available.

I agree with the comments about how difficult this theme is to customize. I REALLY wanted to like this them, because the website for my business was made with a Mikado theme, and I LOVE that one. This directory theme is sooo pretty. I hate that I could not make it work for me.I just gave up on this directory theme and purchased another one for my client and wrote this one off as a bad investment.
