I have contacted the support for many times about one technical question. Instead of helping solve the problems, the support chooses to ignore my multiple follow up emails for weeks. It leaves me no choice but to bring this issue to the public: Museframe team, please be responsible for what you have promised and really work on your customer services. And for those who consider purchasing the extended support: Don’t. You are wasting your money.

Love your theme, BUT, I don’t see category selectors in your Masonry Portfolio Sample. Are you missing this feature? A way to reorder or reshow the Masonry page with different categories selected?

Hi I’m trying to add youtube videos to my videos page and it says the vimeo id isn’t correct. Can I use a youtube id, if so what do I do? Also, I’m trying to add a new box to my home page of my site and the box keeps going behind the main page. I click on the box and select bring to front and it stays behind the page. The block is in the content area of the layers panel.

First of all….. very nice and easy to handle template, i have much fun to configure it to my wishes.
One question concerning to the responisive template “boxed”. The “slider “template boxed is NOT responsive, it shows the same behaviour than the other buildin muse sliders, it cant be changed to responsive width ?
