Hello, yesterday I bought two of your templates because they are very beautiful. I read incompatibility with outlook, in fact I used your online editor to customize it. I would like to know how to allow the layout to remain visible correctly when an email is received with Outlook (desktop version). I saw that the dimensions of the template are enlarged, the images are not loaded (but by inserting a url pointing to a server they are displayed), the font changes, and the shadow effect of the template disappears, losing all its beauty. How is it possible to remedy this important problem, given that by now most of the users of email accounts use MICROSOFT OUTLOOK or OFFICE 365. Thank you if you can give me appropriate advice and suggestions, I would have some urgency to finish the personalization and its use .

Do you have a tutorial for HTML integration with iContact? i love the builder, but am having difficulty getting images to show on iContact. Only the text appears. I have sent a support email to the one provided in previous comments as well. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Question! When you say this is compatible with mailchimp, do you mean that it will export some sort of template that I can upload? I’m wondering if it’ll create custom content bands inside of mailchimp or if it will just be HTML to override what’s there? I’m confused about what to expect. Also, will this work for HubSpot?

Hello, we bought this templete last month but system take this money from our credit card again, why? We are want to back our money, we think there i? a mistake in here.

I am unable to edit the template properly- Each module has moved off centre, Dynamicxx won’t upload images and is generally difficult to edit. I am using Chrome.
