Hi, i have buy this template a couple years ago. But i decide to give up on magento because it’s very hard for me to understand. So i use wordpress, and my question is, can you change the etro store themes that i buy to wordpress version? thank you

Hello, we are using Magento 1.9.4.4 and this Template. Is there any option that the Store (your Skin) is also working with PHP 7.0 – and yes we need at the moment 1.9.x – we don’t get the megamenu or other items in the middle.

Dear sir,
At the moment, this theme is only compatible with magento 2.2.6 (for quickstart package) . If you use manual package, magento 2.3.0 still works. However, if you buy this theme, we will update this theme to magento 2.3.0 FREE for you.

This is very upsetting for past Five days I am requesting them to check there is issue with this theme is not compatible with VPS hosting… Despite of opening tickets after tickets no positive response. I don’t see any active response and days are passing by but not resolution to this problem. Been asking to exchange with other them no response from them. Not Contact Details to call them or chat them in real time…. Really Annoying Customer Support by the Author.
