Hello,
I see you don’t answer, I’m very sorry.
I also paid for the support yu don’t provide.
The error I have after I installed it is the following:
Warning JInstaller:: Install: the file does not exist /home/mysite/tmp/install_60e411fd86054/probiz/en-GB.tpl_probiz.ini.
Also in the Template: Edit style—> the menu is not translated.
Also if I assign your Probiz template to a menu item in frontend I have a blank page with this writing: Please install and activate helix plugin. And I have other errors that I don’t list.
Having said that I am forced to change graphics, I’m sorry because Probiz is nice, but not the developer.
Unfortunately I have to report this to Themeforest for a refund and I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS THEME

After buying the templates, we noticed 2 errors, on the slider and the page builder. We have contacted support several times. There is no answer even after 7 days.

Good Afternoon,
we are having problem with the component Unite Revolution Slider 2.
When we try to put a new style or edit, this one is not aply to the element. Só we try to make HTML, which it doesnt work either.
Also, the Home Page change the style when we put a new Slider….which it’s not normal because we are not touching anything related with the Home Page Style….
Can somebody help? This is getting seriously….

Hi! just a question before buying the template: In my site I will need to put logos in a top bar (like the black one in this site: https://creiamopa.minambiente.it/). Is it possible to do that using the top-info section in style2 header of this template? In other words, are images allowed in that section? Thanks in advance for your answers! Best regards, Chiara
