Hi, please let me know how I can go about in getting a refund. This theme has too many problems that need to be fixed, and I have 3 days since I sent my credentials to the email you suggested yet to no avail. I am also now finding more inconsistencies with this theme. How can I go about in getting a refund, as I will not be using this theme in my shopify store?

Hi We applied your theme to our Shopify store: https://www.miracletech.shop/During the website construction, we encountered serval problems and we’d like to consult you:1, How to set up a 2nd/3rd classification for the catalog?2, When we unfold the catalog list and click one of the sorts in it, the list will fold, which means we have to repeat the same process again to choose another sort in the catalog, it doesn’t make sense. Can you tell me how to fix it?3, We put long pictures in the product description section. We cut it into several short pics to stitch them together. However, there’re gaps between the stitching pics, could you tell me how to remove them?4, I noticed there’s a “Movement” configuration on the product page, what’s that for? How can we remove that?5, We want to leave some comments on the “Contact Us” page, how can we do that?6, There’s a “sale” button on the corner of the product picture, can we change the color of it?
